Kanvo ships with three default pipelines: Leads, Estimates, and Jobs.
| Pipeline | Default stages | What moves here |
|---|---|---|
| Leads | New > Contacted > Qualified > Won / Lost | Inbound inquiries |
| Estimates | Draft > Sent > Approved > Won / Lost | Quotes from won leads |
| Jobs | Scheduled > In Progress > Completed > Invoiced | Active work orders |
